Dante
Dr Ray showed extraordinary compassion, kindness, and empathy during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Dante, was heartbreaking, but Dr Ray’s gentle and caring nature made the experience as peaceful and dignified as possible.
He took the time to explain everything, answered our questions with patience, and treated Dante with the utmost respect and love. His genuine understanding of the bond between pets and their families was evident in every interaction. We never felt rushed and were given the space and support we needed to say our final goodbyes.
Steve and I will always be grateful for the comfort and reassurance Dr Ray provided during such an emotional time. His professionalism, combined with his warmth and empathy, made an incredibly painful day a little easier to bear.
Thank you, Dr Ray, for helping us farewell our beautiful Dante with such care and compassion.

Tilly
Having to say goodbye to our beautiful cat Tilly was incredibly hard, but I am really grateful to Ray of Light Vet for helping us through it.
Dr Ray was incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate, and made the whole experience feel a little easier. Being able to spend those last moments with her in the calm and peaceful environment of home meant everything to us.
It certainly wasn’t an easy goodbye, but it was definitely a beautiful one.
Thank you for helping us give her the love and dignity she deserved right until the very end. RIP Tilly. 🙏
